Warm Spring Evening - Film Simulation for Ricoh GR III (GR IIIx)
Yesterday, I took my Ricoh GR III out for a walk on a warm spring evening. I tend to take my photo walks in the middle of the day when the light is harsh, but last night I hit the streets a bit after golden hour to test a new film simulation.
Warm Spring Evening features the rich gold colors of the setting sun and the cool blues of the early evening light.
The sample photos are straight-out-of-camera and the colors have not been edited in any way. These images were taken in La Marsa, Tunisia.
You can find the recipe below. If you donāt know how to input a film recipe into your Ricoh GR III, I wrote and article and created a video explaining the process.
Iāve made the film recipe free as a way to give back to the Ricoh community. I hope you enjoy it. If you try the recipe and upload to Instagram, tag your photos #RicohFilmRecipesā¦ I would love to see your work!
Enjoy!
